Owego Police issue warning of overdose risk

The Owego Police Department has received information that narcotics being distributed in Tioga County are resulting in overdoses. They are asking residents to be aware of the risks of illicit drug use and reach out to the Owego Police Department if you wish to seek help for your addiction.

The Owego Police Department is also requesting information that could assist with any criminal investigation against the people responsible for distributing illegal narcotics in the Village of Owego, or surrounding communities.

All information received would be treated as anonymous, unless otherwise requested. They ask that the community assist us in combating this every day battle and encourage addicts to seek help.
