In recognition of the importance of spay and neuter, the Paws and Caws Society’s (PACS) Board of Directors has declared Feb. 25, 2020 as Cat Spay Day in Waverly, N.Y.
Coupons redeemable for free cat spay or neuter surgery by participating veterinarians will be available to qualifying residents while supplies last. Senior citizens, disabled persons, low-income individuals, and multi-cat caretakers residing in Waverly, N.Y. are eligible.
Cats must be at least four months old with proof of rabies vaccination or the cat will be vaccinated at the time of surgery. The coupon must be used by March 31, 2020.
