On Nov. 21, 2018 at approximately 7:20 p.m., New York State Police at Endwell arrested Kenneth S. Kurzeja, age 25 of Endicott, N.Y. for the misdemeanor of Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree. 

Troopers responded to a residence on Grant Street in the town of Union after another resident complained that Kurzeja destroyed the walls of the apartment with a metal pipe.

The complainant did not want Kurzeja to be arrested originally. The complainant later called troopers again after Kurzeja allegedly kicked a door off its hinges and damaged it.

After the second call, the complainant did want Kurzja held accountable for those actions. Kurzja was located and subsequently arrested.

He was arraigned at Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing where he was remanded to the Broome County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.
