The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host a Ribbon Cutting for Quality Inn Owego and Bistro 1100. The ribbon cutting will take place at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 20 at 1100 State Route 17C in Owego.
The Quality Inn in Owego, owned by Rudra Management group, is now open; replacing what was formally the Red Roof Inn. The Quality Inn offers comfortable rooms at a value to guests.
