artfully SQUARED is a collaborative art exhibition open to creative’s of all ages and skill levels. This exhibition, which takes place in April, has quickly become a popular yearly event.
Here’s how it works. Use any medium to make a piece that measures 7-inch square, donate your artwork to the Tioga Arts Council, and then come see the exhibition and pick up original artwork for your walls.
All artwork will be exhibited in the Tioga Arts Council Gallery during the entire month of April, and each piece will be available for a $20 donation.
There is no fee to enter and all proceeds will benefit the programs at the Tioga Arts Council.
Entries are due no later than March 30 to the Tioga Arts Council Gallery located on Front Street in Owego. The exhibit will run from April 6 through April 28 with a members-only first dibs event on April 5 from 5 to 8 p.m., and a reception on April 6 from 5 to 8 p.m.
The last day to pick up your purchases will be April 28 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Visit www.tiogaartscouncil.org for an entry form.
