A new Owego Rotary Scholarship is being established in memory of G. Fred Beaudry, who passed away Jan. 3 of this year at age 87.
Fred was a Partner-Owner of Partners Insurance Agency. He served on numerous community boards and had leadership roles in projects having long-term community impact such as the expansion of the Tioga County Boys and Girls Club and the Owego Free Academy Swimming Pool.
“It is an honor to recognize Fred in such a way, continuing his giving to the community,” stated Owego Rotary Club President, Al Bingley.
Contributions can be made in memory of G.Fred Beaudry to the Owego Rotary Arthur B. Stiles Fund held at the Community Foundation for South Central NY, 520 Columbia Dr., Johnson City, N.Y. 13790.
