In conjunction with downtown Owego’s “Lights on the River Festival”, planned for Friday, Dec. 1, the Artistic Visions Art Group will feature a public gallery art show and sale that evening, from 5 to 8 p.m.
Located upstairs in the Lake Street Gallery at the Artisan Townhouse, 42 Lake St., the show will highlight the Retrospective Art Exhibit from Master Artist Robert Merwin.
Also featured will be various paintings from local artists to include Donna Cheresnowski, Elsie Fendick, Tricia Kohn, Suzanne M. Lachman, Bill Laughland, Robin Robertson and Joyce Stewart.
Come and browse among the many beautiful works of art during December’s First Friday Art Walk and the “Lights on the River Festival”.

While there, you can enjoy holiday banjo music from Robert Seiger, and enjoy various refreshements.
All are welcomed to browse the Lake Street Gallery and take a stroll.
