On Saturday, Dec. 2, the Annual Hospice Tree Lighting will be held in front of the Tioga Center School’s hospice tree at 5:30 p.m. and then move to the hospice tree at Sutfin’s Funeral Chapel in the Village of Nichols at 6 p.m.
Following the lighting of the Sutfin’s Funeral Chapel hospice tree, the participants will carol throughout the Village of Nichols, led by Santa and the Nichols Fire Department.
The hospice lights, which are paid for by donors, are in memory of terminally ill relatives and friends. This event is open to the public.
