The Relay for Life in Tioga County kicked off on Saturday with an opening ceremony and survivor’s lap at noon. Teams walked the track throughout the day and there were activities for everyone. The Luminary Ceremony took place at 9 p.m., with the closing ceremony at 9:50 p.m. at the Owego Free Academy. All dollars raised benefit the American Cancer Society’s research to find a cure for cancer.
