TADA and Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center to offer Dance Plus combination class

For the first time, Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center and Tioga Artistic Dance Academy (TADA) are joining forces for the new Dance Plus combination class. Starting Thursday, Jan. 5 from 5 to 5:45 p.m., children age three to six can explore movement in a fun new way. Children will be introduced to fun traveling steps, jumps and tumbling.  

The 45-minute class will be split evenly between the gymnastic area and dance room. This new and exciting program is $45 per four-week session.

Also new this January is the Mini Dance Plus class for dancers age seven to 13. This hour-long class will take place on Thursday evenings from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m., and is open to those in the TADA Mini Company as well as to the public. The cost is $55 per four-week session.  

While TADA’s classes have been running at Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center’s State Route 38 facility for years, the TADA program is now under the direction of Lindsey Williams and is officially a part of the Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center program.
