On Dec. 21, 2016, New York State Police arrested Richard G. Fidurski, age 52, of Binghamton, N.Y. for the class D felony of Promoting a Sexual Performance of a Child under 17 years old and the class E felony of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child under 17 years old.  

This arrest occurred after an investigation by the members of the New York State Police Computer Crime Unit.

The investigation determined that Fidurski had illegally possessed and uploaded child pornography at his home in the Town of Chenango.  

Fidursk was arraigned in the Town of Chenango Court and was remanded to the Broome County Jail with no bail set.  His next court date is pending.
