The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is pleased host a Business After Hours event on Wednesday, Dec. 21, beginning at 4:45 p.m. at the John Barleycorn Tavern located at 216 Front St. in Owego.
Dec. 21 is the shortest day of the year, so the Chamber is “Celebrating on the Solstice” because more daylight hours are on their way.
