Endicott man arrested for several charges, including resisting arrest, while at Barnaby's PubKerry T. Edick, age 53 of Endicott, N.Y.

On Dec. 13, 2016, at about 3:35 p.m., New York State Police at Endwell arrested Kerry T. Edick, age 53 of Endicott, N.Y., for the misdemeanors of Criminal Trespass 3rd degree, Resisting Arrest, Menacing 3rd degree and the violations of Disorderly Conduct and Harassment 2nd degree. 

This arrest occurred after troopers responded to a disorderly customer at Barnaby’s Pub on East Main Street in the Town of Union.

An investigation determined that Edick was intoxicated and became disorderly after he was refused further alcohol by the bar. He then refused to leave after being ordered by troopers several times and physically resisted being handcuffed. 

Edick was arraigned in the Town of Union Court and was remanded to the Broome County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.  His next court date is pending.
