On Nov. 23, 2016, the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office and Tioga County District Attorney’s Office concluded a lengthy drug investigation concerning the sale of heroin within the Village of Owego, N.Y.

As a result of the investigation, the Sheriff’s Office arrested Gerald W. Wildrick, age 36, for two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and Rebecca S. Wildrick, age 30, for one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, class B felonies.

The Wildrick’s are accused of selling heroin from their residence at 68 Liberty St., Owego on several occasions in 2016. Both subjects were arrested at their residence on Nov. 23, 2016 without incident following a grand jury indictment, which was presented by Tioga County District Attorney Kirk Martin.

Both were arraigned in the Tioga County Court in front of Judge Gerald Keene. Gerald Wildrick was remanded to the Tioga County Jail in lieu $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond and his wife’s bail was set at $15,000 or $30,000 bond.
