A Memorial Bench was recently installed at The Rebecca Weitsman Memorial Dog Park, located at Hickories Park in Owego. The bench was installed Monday in Memory of Bill Needham. A plaque will soon be installed on the bench. Photo credit: Scott Armstrong.
