At 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2, Jerry Acton will present his case as to WHY DRILLING IS NOT REAL FOR TIOGA COUNTY in the Waverly Village Hall. Jerry is a Vietnam Navy Veteran, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and a former Mission Commander of a Navy P3-C patrol plane with 2,500 flight hours on missions throughout the Pacific theater.
Acton retired from his position as lead systems engineer and systems architect for IBM and Lockheed Martin after 31 years of service. As a retiree he has become an accomplished nature photographer whose photos have been on the cover of local, national and international periodicals. It is however from his engineering skills that he has studied “whether gas well performance in Pennsylvania can be used to predict gas well performance in New York.”
The Carantouan Greenway will host Jerry at the Waverly Village Hall for this educational presentation.
