Special ‘Fill the House Service’ to Welcome New Pastor in East Smithfield

The East Smithfield Federated Church is happy to announce that Pastor Christopher Bonifield has accepted a pastoral position with the church.

In a press release from the East Smithfield Federated Church, they wrote, “The Federated Church Family is looking forward to having Pastor Chris and his wife, Mickey, join us as they serve the Lord in East Smithfield, Pennsylvania.”

Pastor Chris and Meredith (Mickey) Bonifield arrive from Fairport, New York, where Chris served as the pastor of the First Baptist Church of East Rochester. They have been married for 19 years and have a dog named Charlie Mae.

Chris and Mickey’s hobbies are being outdoors or enjoying “peaceful country drives in God’s creation.” They are both excited to begin serving at the Federated Church and look forward to being a part of the church’s family.

All are invited to join them for a “Fill the House Service” on Pastor Chris’ first Sunday, July 5, in the East Smithfield Federated Church pulpit. Worship Service begins at 11 a.m.
