The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is the official Chamber of Tioga County, as recognized by the Tioga County Legislative Committee. The Chamber will be recognized during an award presentation that will take place during the upcoming Legislative Breakfast, planned for Sept. 26.
The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Tioga County Legislature, recently announced the return of the highly anticipated breakfast, set for Sept. 26 and taking place from 8-10 a.m. at the Pumpelly Estate, located at 44 Front St. in Owego.
This year’s Legislative Breakfast will feature a distinguished panel of elected officials including NYS Senator Tom O’Mara, 58th Senate District; Assemblyman Christopher S. Friend, Assembly District 124; Martha Sauerbrey, Tioga County Legislative chair; Don Castellucci, Town of Owego supervisor; Andrew Aronstam, Village of Waverly mayor; Mike Baratta, Village of Owego mayor; and Harris A. Weiss, Southern Tier representative, Office of Governor Kathy Hochul. Additionally, Congressman Marc Molinaro, District 19, has been invited to participate.
The event will focus on business-related policies and initiatives that these elected officials are championing to benefit the residents and businesses of Tioga County. This is a unique opportunity for community members to engage directly with their representatives and learn about the efforts being made to drive economic growth and community development in the region.
The Legislative Breakfast is free and open to the public, providing an excellent forum for networking and gaining valuable insights into the future of Tioga County.
