The Town of Owego announced on Friday it will hold a remembrance service at the 9/11 Memorial on Sept. 11, at 8:30 a.m. The memorial is located at Hickories Park in Owego.
It was also reported that Congressman Reed will be this year’s keynote speaker. All are welcome to attend.
