Stray Haven Pet of the Week for the week of May 27, 2019

Stray Haven Pet of the Week

My name is Chumlee, I am a very loving, neutered, seven-year-old Saint Bernard mix. I’ve been here at the shelter for a little while now as my owner moved and couldn’t take me with her.

I am a very laid back gentleman on a leash and have quite the silly personality. I love carrying around my leash and “talking” to anyone who will listen.

I am completely housebroken and neutered! I love to go for slow walks and wander to take in all of the smells of nature. If you have a dog, I’ll need to do a meet and greet with any potential canine roommates just to make sure our energy levels match.

I’ve lived with dogs, kids and cats in the past, so I should do fine with them, but I am a little older so I would prefer to go to a home with respectful children, cats, and dogs. If you would like to meet me, visit Stray Haven and we can get to know each other!

Adoption fee for cats is $75 and includes up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP vaccines, FIV/FeLV testing and spay/neuter at the clinic.

Adoption fee for adult dogs is $160 and includes a microchip, up-to-date Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, and spay/neuter at the clinic.

Visit Stray Haven Humane Society, 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from noon to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
