The Family Resource Center program of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County is offering a free parenting series called Incredible Years: Babies. This educational program is open to all expectant parents and parents of infants.
In this 8-week series, parents will connect with others and learn ways to support the development of infants. The series will be held Monday mornings, from 10 a.m. to noon, at 135 Chemung St. in Waverly beginning April 1.
