Meet Leia, an approximately two-year-old spayed female Pit Bull; she is also micro-chipped and up-to-date on her vaccinations. She’s a sweet girl, but can be reserved around strangers. Once Leia gets to know you though, she’s a big bundle of wiggle butts and tail wags!
She arrived at Stray Haven without much training; so they are working on leash walking and other basic manners, she just learned sit!
Leia is the cuddliest couch potato and LOVES back scratches and belly rubs. Leia needs a home without cats. Visit Leia at Stray Haven and talk with the staff to learn more about her and if she is a match for your loving home.
Adoption fee for adult dogs is $160 and includes a microchip, up-to-date Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, and spay/neuter at the Stray Haven clinic.
Adoption fee for cats is $75 and includes up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP vaccines, FIV/FeLV testing and spay/neuter at the Stray Haven clinic.
Visit Stray Haven Humane Society, 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from noon to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
