Spring Break Zoo School at the Binghamton Zoo

Spring Break Zoo School at the Binghamton Zoo

Looking for a fun way to spend time during spring break? Check out the Spring Break Zoo School at the Binghamton Zoo.

This year is Niche Madness. Niches are roles that plants and animals have in nature. They’ll be exploring the niches of animals from around the world, as well as how we have our own niches – both in nature and in our communities; all while exploring the zoo, meeting new friends and playing games.

Spring Break Zoo School will be held from April 15-19, and split into two sections. April 15-16 will be for children aged five to seven, and who are currently in school (no pre-Kindergarten, please). April 17-19 will be for youth aged eight to 13.

Zoo School will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a supervised lunch break. On April 15 and 16, children can also be registered for half day sessions that run from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4 p.m., with each session featuring different activities.

For more information, visit https://rossparkzoo.com/spring-break-zoo-school/. Pre-registration is required and registration is day by day. Full day registration is $30 for zoo members and $40 for non-members. Half-day registration is $15 for zoo members and $20 for non-members. Before and after care is available for up to 30 minutes at $8 per 30-minute block.
