Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center will be holding a self-defense seminar on Wednesday, Feb. 27 from 7 to 8 p.m. Taekwon-do instructor Brad Schuyler will lead the seminar.
Schuyler is a second-degree black belt with the International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF) and has been involved with Taekwon-do for over 30 years.
The seminar is for ages 16 years and older. The cost is $10 per person, and free childcare will be provided.
To sign up, call the Center at (607) 687-2458. This seminar is open to all members of the community 16 years of age and older.
The Center, a not-for-profit organization, offers Taekwon-do, as well as recreational and competitive gymnastics programs, dance, field trips, parties and more.
