American Legion Sunday Breakfast, 8 to 11:30 a.m., Front Street, Owego. Made to order specials, ages under five are free.

JANUARY 1

Monthly Soup & Chili Supper, 5 to 7 p.m., St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Main St., Candor. 

JANUARY 2

Team Trivia Night, 7 p.m., Owego Elks Lodge, 223 Front St., Owego. The cost is $5 per person. There will be a prize awarded to the first place team at a value of $25. Light snacks will be offered, and the bar will be open for drinks. All proceeds from this sale will support the Lodge Capital Improvement Fund. 

Tioga County Industrial Development Agency Annual Meeting, 4 p.m., Ronald E Dougherty County Office Building, 56 Main St., Legislative Conference Room, 1st Floor, Owego. 

JANUARY 2 and 4

Mountain Trail Bow Hunters, a non-profit organization, will begin their 13-Week Winter League on Wednesday and Friday, 331 West Chenango Rd., Castle Creek. 3 Spot Target Face – 45 arrows per week. Shooting lines at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Wednesdays, and 6 and 8 p.m. on Fridays. The cost is $8 per week plus mandatory league fee of $28 paid by week #4. 5th Annual Dan Manwaring Annual Free Throw Contest for Boys and Girls age nine to 14, registration at 9 a.m., championship begins at 10 a.m., Tioga Central High School gym. Admission is free. Sponsored by Knights of Columbus. 

Doug’s Fish Fry, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Top’s Market, Route 17C, Owego. Hosted by Policy Council from Family Enrichment Network.

Black Light Zumba, 1 to 2:30 p.m., Tioga County Boys & Girls Club, Erie Street, Owego. Admission is $10.

Che-Hanna Rock and Mineral Club Meeting, 7 p.m., Sayre High School, Sayre. Hands on workshop teaching plastic lacing. Free of charge and open to the public.

SING: 10, DANCE 3: A Tribute to Broadway’s Most Unforgettable Songs, 7:30 p.m., Ti-Ahwaga Playhouse, 42 Delphine St., Owego. General admission is $15. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Binghamton Pride Coalition and the Shriners Hospital for Children.
