Pumpelly Estate, located at 44 Front St. in Owego, will host a Holiday Open House on Saturday, Dec. 8, between 5 and 8 p.m. Enjoy the seasonally decorated Bed and Breakfast, and then continue your visit in the Carriage House Event Center. Enjoy complimentary light refreshments and a cash bar while you browse the Holiday Gift Shop, highlighted in the new Riverside Room.
It’s also time for Pumpelly Estate’s Annual Holiday Teas. Pumpelly’s traditional 5-tier high tea will feature a beef entrée for tier three. They will accommodate their usual dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, low sugar, nut free). Dietary restrictions must be noted at the time of reservation.
On Friday, Dec. 7, there will be an evening tea beginning at 5:30 p.m. in conjunction with Owego’s Lights On The River Festival. The Saturday, Dec. 8 and Sunday, Dec. 9 teas will begin at 1 p.m. All teas will be held in the accessible Carriage House Event Center. On street parking is available.

Back by popular demand, the Holiday Gift Shop will be open one hour before each tea. The house will be open for a self-guided tour at the conclusion of each tea.
Phone reservations to (607) 687-0510 are required for all the teas. If they are not in the office, please leave a message including your name, phone number, tea date requested, number of guests in your reservation and any dietary needs. Someone will return your call and confirm your reservation details. They will accept reservations until spots are full.
