The Tioga United Way recently announced the winner of the Dancing United with the Starz art competition. The winner is Owego Free Academy student Jennifer Scott.
Scott’s artwork will be displayed on the cover of the program for the upcoming fundraiser, Dancing United with the Starz, scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 1, where more than 400 guests will be in attendance.
Jess Scott, the winner’s mother, was delighted with the news, stating, “There were so many great artists who participated in this contest. Jennifer is so excited and honored to have been selected.”
The Tioga United Way would like to thank all of the artists who submitted their artwork and the Tioga Arts Council for partnering on this contest.
