Tioga man arrested after shooting two unoccupied vehicles

On Oct. 29, 2018, at approximately 11:40 a.m., New York State Police at Owego arrested Jacob A. Latier, age 21 of Tioga, N.Y. for the D class felony of Criminal Mischief in the second degree. 

Troopers were dispatched to a residence on Campbell Hill Road in the town of Tioga where Latier is accused of intentionally shooting a shotgun and striking two pick-up trucks while they were parked in the driveway.

According to police, the incident occurred over a dispute.

Latier was arrested and arraigned in the town of Owego and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.
