On Monday July 30, 2018, the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dennis A. Rose, age 53, of Candor, N.Y. on a grand jury indictment for two counts of Sexual Abuse 1st degree (class D felonies) and one count of Sexual Abuse 2nd degree (class A misdemeanor).
These charges resulted from an investigation performed by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division and subsequent grand jury indictment in Tioga County Court.
Rose was arraigned by Tioga County Court Judge Gerald Keene and remanded to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or bond.
Rose will be scheduled to reappear in Tioga County Court in front of Judge Keene at a later date.
