Low- to moderate-income individuals and families are invited to participate in a free food giveaway held by Tioga County Rural Ministry on Saturday, Aug. 4, from 10 to 11 a.m. (or until the food is gone) at Tioga County Rural Ministry (TCRM), 143 North Ave., Owego.
