The Tioga County Fair, planned for Aug. 6 to Aug. 11 at the fairgrounds in Owego, has space available for local retail vendors (no food) at no charge.
This year’s fair will feature all your favorite activities and shows, animals, local agricultural displays, plus the renowned Gillette Carnival, which is sure to draw a crowd!
