Low- to moderate-income individuals and families are invited to participate in a Mobile Food Pantry Distribution sponsored by Tioga County Rural Ministry, and in partnership with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
The distribution will be held on Wednesday, April 18, and will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Tioga County Fairgrounds Barn located at 1 Main St. in Owego (please note the location change).
