On April 17, 2018, the Owego Police Department, in conjunction with the Tioga County District Attorney’s office, announced the arrest of Anthony B. Arnold, age 35 of Owego, N.Y. and Anthony J. Davis, age 44 of Owego, N.Y. for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the fifth degree – methamphetamine.
According to a press release received by the Owego Police Department, Arnold and Davis were arraigned in the Village of Owego Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail.
