The Tioga County Youth Bureau has opened its Request for Proposals for calendar year 2018. Funding priorities are parenting education, afterschool and recreation programs.
Parenting education programs should focus on evidence-based early prevention and strengthening efforts for families, serving to prevent child abuse and neglect. Afterschool and recreational programs should offer opportunities for children to learn physical, emotional and social skills in an inclusive and engaging environment.
