According to a press release from OA Schools, thousands of New York State high school music students perform a NYSSMA solo each year at the highest level – Level 6, All State. Only 850 are selected each year to be members of the All State Honors Ensembles.

This year two students at Owego Free Academy were selected. They are members of the 240-person All State Mixed Choir, Camden Dyer-DeCator, grade 11, and Nicolas Hulbert, grade 12.

They will be performing in Rochester, N.Y. from Nov. 30 through Dec. 3.
