This Year’s Family Volunteer Day is recognized on Saturday, Nov. 18.
To recognize Family Volunteer Day, The Charles H. Bassett Youth Foundation is collecting canned food to fill ten Thanksgiving Gift Bags for elderly Owego area citizens.
