This Sunday, Oct. 22, a Trunk or Treat event will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. at Route 96 Soft Serve. Come with your car and your candy. Decorate your trunk and you could win a prize. Or just come in costume and enjoy some early trick-or-treating.
The owners and staff at Owego Soft Serve wanted to offer children a head start on Halloween, and a safe place for them to have fun and collect some candy. Soft Serve will be open and offering their full fall menu of spooky treats, in addition to their regular menu.
