On Sept. 15, Tioga County Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) was host to their 16th annual Taste of Tioga Event, Farm to Feast 2017. The event was attended by over 200 guests, and was held trackside at Tioga Downs.

This year local farms provided the ingredients, and then Tioga Downs prepared the buffet-style meal. According to Bill French, senior director of Food and Beverage at Tioga Downs, there were five entrees, and a total of 11 items on the buffet.

“It took about four people and four hours to prepare everything,” said French. Keenan Brown, executive chef at Tioga Downs, designed the menu.
