The winner of the Newark Valley Interact Scholarship for $500 was awarded to Mya Milewski, a senior and active in the Owego Rotary-sponsored Newark Valley High School Interact Club.
The winner of the Owego Free Academy Interact Scholarship for $500 was awarded to Dylan Feliciano, also a senior and active in the Owego Rotary-sponsored Owego Free Academy High School Interact Club. Dylan is also very active in the Tioga County Anti-Hunger Task Force.
“Supporting the high school Interact program is a vehicle to introduce students to community service and in keeping with the Rotary mantle of Service Above Self,” stated Al Bingley, Owego Rotary president.
