The sky might fall and the river will rise, are you prepared? On Sept. 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., a Preparedness and Self-Reliant Fair will take place at the Church of the Latter Day Saints located at 430 Montrose Turnpike in Owego.
There will be many activities at this free event to include vendors from various organizations like the Red Cross, demonstrations, a kids make and take table, and much more.
