Martha Sauerbrey, chair of the Tioga County Legislature, announces the third and final public hearing on the Shared Services Property Tax Savings Plan Initiative will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Spencer Village Hall / Spencer Fire Department, 41 N. Main St., Spencer, N.Y.
The public is encouraged to attend and offer ideas for shared services.
