Join your friends, neighbors, groups, and the Evergreen Cemetery Committee to help with historic Evergreen Cemetery maintenance. Work crews are planned for July 22, Aug. 26, Sept. 23 and Oct. 28, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Volunteers will meet at the Evergreen maintenance shed located in the cemetery. Clean up will include picking up branches, raking, bagging litter, making sure no hidden objects are in grass that damage mowers, and scraping and painting projects, among others.
Volunteers should dress for the weather and wear clothing and shoes that are suitable for working outdoors. Bring work gloves if you have them, and although the organizers have some rakes, volunteers are welcome to bring their own.

A parent or guardian must accompany all children under 18 that are not with a registered group.
