Gymnastics Center to hold Summer Fun Weeks

The Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center will be holding its Summer Fun Weeks program this summer from July 10 through Aug. 18. Fun Weeks for children five years and older are themed weeks filled with gymnastics, physical activities, games, crafts, educational experiences and above all, fun.  

The weeks run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. And the cost is $125 per child per week.

This year the themes include Spy on the Run (July 10-14), X Marks the Spot (July 17-21), Games Galore (July 24-28), All About Gymnastics (July 31-Aug. 4), Coming Soon to a Cinema Near You (Aug. 7-11), and Hooray for Holidays (Aug. 14-18).  

For children ages three and four, the Center will be offering two Munchkin Weeks. The themes for the Munchkin Weeks are Dr. Seuss (July 17-21) and Eric Carle (Aug. 14-18). Munchkin Weeks run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon, and the cost is $65 per child per week.

There are limited spots available, so children must be signed up in advance. The Center also offers recreational gymnastics, tae kwon do, dance, and open gym programs through the summer.
