On May 17, 13 community members protested Congressman Tom Reed’s support of the Repeal and Replacement of the Affordable Care Act. The protest took place at Tom Reed’s office at the Tioga County Office Building in Owego. Reed’s staff was not present during the protest that day. (Provided Photos)
