Have you been reading your SUEZ bill? SUEZ water has been charging surcharges on our water bills that are false. First it was painting their water tank and now it is for tank maintenance. These should be business charges, not ours.
To the best of my knowledge, and of a former employee, they do not have a water tank; the New York Public Service Commission, PSC, sanctioned these charges.
A year ago I wrote PSC to investigate. First they asked me to inform SUEZ, which I did, no reply, so I informed PSC and no answer.
I sent a letter to the Mayor of Owego suggesting that perhaps he might task his office to perhaps get a refund, or maybe penalty money to offer all the people in the village; no response.
A month ago I wrote PSC asking for an update, no response. Any suggestions? We have bought enough paint for SUEZ to paint the Brooklyn Bridge.
