Floyd Hooker was a Tioga County resident who won the New York State Lottery and established a foundation to benefit the children in the county. The foundation grant cycle is now open and closes June, 2, 2017.
Grants are limited to qualified tax exempt organizations that benefit the children of Tioga County, N.Y. Grants fund operational (limited funding), equipment, capital and special project needs.
