On April 4, 2017, New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Robert W. Shultz, age 29, of Lisle, N.Y. for the felony of Sexual Abuse 1st degree.
This arrest occurred after troopers were advised of crime that had occurred in the Town of Triangle. An investigation determined that Shultz had sexual contact with the victim by forcible compulsion.
Shultz was arraigned in the Town of Triangle Court and was remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail set.
