On March 3, the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce welcomed R & C Auto Repair, LLC with a ribbon cutting ceremony at their newly built facility at 2100 State Route 17C in Owego, across from Tioga Gardens.
Russ at R & C Auto Repair, LLC is an ASE certified Master Technician and has over 28 years in the automotive field. They are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and they offer drop off and pick up at Lockheed Martin.
