Martha Sauerbrey, chair of the Tioga County Legislature, will be presenting the State of the County Address at the Third Regular Meeting of the Tioga County Legislature on Tuesday, March 14, at 6 p.m. in the Edward D. Hubbard Auditorium, Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building located at 56 Main St. in Owego.
The Tioga County Legislature will acknowledge March as Women’s History Month and that 2017 marks the 100th Anniversary of Women’s Right to Vote in New York State. A proclamation will be read and presented to the County Historian.
The Tioga County Legislature will also be recognizing Judith M. Quigley, county attorney, for her 33 years of dedicated and professional service to Tioga County and its residents.
