The Tioga County Senior Citizens Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2017 grant cycle. Each year, the Senior Citizens Foundation awards grant money to non-profit organizations and community agencies that sponsor projects or programs to benefit senior citizens in Tioga County, N.Y.
